Too long sleeves on tops, shirts and blouses

I usually wear a medium size but according to the reviews I ordered a small. In general it fits well, only the sleeves are 3 cm longer! The cuffs are attached with snaps, making it difficult to simply roll them up. I'll take them to a seamstress and see if they can be altered. Of course, the price of the shirt increases.
