Baggallini wrote a book on travel bags, so to speak, over a decade ago and it's still expanding. her line. This diaper bag has some great features, but it might not be for everyone. And it's expensive! It's made in China, so I'm a bit annoyed by the high price, hence my actual rating of 3.5 stars. First, it's well designed and built. Like all Baggallini products, it should perform well under normal use, and the company is responsive to unexpected failures. The outer fabric is waterproof and easy to clean. Ironically, the interior—a very cheerful unisex polka dot in mint green on a white background with an orange triangle—isn't. From spills and leaks of milk, baby formula, food and various biological liquids, the fabric needs no less if no more protection than outside. Pockets are useful, although the insulated only pays off in words; It doesn't keep a bottle warm or an iced tea cold for long. All the usual features such as a removable changing mat and a zippered pocket are included. It can also be used as a sports bag, picnic bag or travel bag without any problems. Sizes were provided by other reviewers and in the information at the top of the listing - check it out! This is a very large bag. If you need to bring baby clothes and a change of clothes for your child and their top five books AND you're not a little person, this can be ideal. For someone of my build - small and petite - it's more than it looks or is comfortable to wear. The strap is not padded so some may find it uncomfortable if the bag is weighed down depending on what you are carrying. Unfortunately for me, this is one of those bags where the second strap tends to fall off my shoulder. It has a chic urban look, but it probably won't make your heart sing if you see it every day. Sometimes touches like a bright, high-quality fabric are enough! Overall this is a solid, well made and well thought out product if you want or need something big and would make a great gift. You partially pay for the name recognition.
