Being new to wet shaving I didn't know which blades to go for but many recommended them. I probably should have started with a sampler but I really like these blades. I started with a cheap $5 TJ Maxx safety razor that came with blades, and those blades are way better. I gifted some blades to my girlfriend and a friend who I convinced to try a safety razor. I cut myself a few times using my first razor but when I got the grinder I only cut myself once in my entire shave. Still, I'm improving my technique.
