Review on HEFICED by Christian Byrd

The platform is easy to use with an intuitive interface that helps us manage our network assets easily without having to hire expensive consultants. It has helped simplify my job as I am no longer responsible for managing thousands of devices across multiple departments within the organization. So far so good but there are some minor glitches here and there which could be improved upon if it comes down to user friendly features. We have been able to automate most workflows related to hardware maintenance using this tool.
