If you have children under the age of 3, the fact that this case is difficult to open is good news. There aren't many notches on the case to put your fingers in to pry open the case. Also, it's hard to know which side is up when you're holding it, so you run the risk of opening it upside down. As long as you have the carabiner, you can get used to twisting it into the correct orientation, and the torque the carabiner gives you makes it easier to open. The problem is that the spring on the carabiner is cheap and wears out quickly. As far as build quality goes, it's excellent. Functionality: excellent. Doesn't interrupt wired or wireless charging. It also seems to be good protection for the torso. Feature Requirements: 1) A slightly more prominent cutout in the case mouth to make it easier for you to open the case with your fingers. 2) A more prominent visual cue as to which side it's up/down on - preferably one that's visible in low light. 3) A noticeable tactile distinction between up and down for the same reason. 4) better option with a carabiner. maybe screw cap instead of spring cap.
