This arrived in a green box with a lid. Inner foam with black velvet lining. The chain is wrapped around the foam to prevent tangling. They included a small jewelry cleaning cloth. I would consider gift wrapping. The pendant on the necklace was surprisingly bright and well made. It was more than I expected. The stones sparkle, the surfaces shine, the details are well done. The letters are a bit difficult to read just because they are small. The chain is what you would call a light starting chain. . . but still shiny and durable enough to wear. The clasp is a typical spring and works well, doesn't come loose accidentally. I didn't find any flaws in the finish and I think it's pretty good.
