The ease of use, how easy it is set up in minutes with no technical knowledge required! We have been able to block malicious domains since our first day using mail hardeners services without any hassle or downtime issues whatsoever. It's very user friendly - everything can be done from within their own dashboard so there are not many things that get missed by mistake when setting this service up (which would then require contacting support). If anything goes wrong at all during setup we just need someone who knows what they're doing as well which makes life much easier than having an IT department managing these tasks themselves. I cannot think about one thing i dislike but if anyone asks me again where do people go now-a days because my colleagues keep asking them why haven't heard back yet?
