Except I hear nothing

My first review was downvoted, presumably because I said they don't work for $#!^. Looks like they just took cheap headphones and glued foam pads on top. You can't hear anything through the pillow. In fact, this purpose would be better if you stick a Bluetooth speaker under the pillow. I have to admit I bought it as a prank for my girlfriend. She laughed, which means the goal was achieved. Now in a landfill.
