Perfect and just what I needed

I've lost a few backs of my earrings and am constantly changing the ones I have among my various pairs of earrings with caps missing. When they showed up under the likes, I quickly bought them. They will fit most 14k posts, especially all of my different sized beads. Surgical stud earrings are a bit tight but fit and are ok. I haven't found the posts to be too small on any of my earrings so I'm guessing the back will fit almost all. I can just order another set so I have them on hand.
