This chair was definitely one of the best purchases I have ever made for myself. My first chair was so good I even bought a second one (I've had my first chair for about a year now). The seat is very comfortable overall, you can sit on it for a long time without discomfort. All in all a great bang for the buck. Also, it was a pleasure to work with the support team. I had some bad parts on my first chair and the company took care of me right away and sent me replacement parts. Pros: - The material is soft and comfortable. The black leather is luxurious and the details feel pretty solid. The seat is quite roomy and can fully support my entire body including my head (I have a slimmer, medium sized body). Suitable for different needs: adjustable up and down height, adjustable armrest height, can be rotated, has a swinging or swinging blocking mechanism, and a swinging rigidity control handle. - Comes with a neck pillow and a vibrating lumbar support. Pillow (pillow is powered by USB port) - The seat can be reclined 180 degrees. I have often fallen asleep right in this chair. - Has a retractable footrest that works best when fully reclined as the length is not too long (up to the calf when fully extended). - Stable base with wheels (the chair is not made of lung). tip over, even lie 180 degrees horizontally on it). Cons: (just a few minor ones, and I'm very picky about finding cons) - I wish the footrest could slide out further - The armrests are decent, but in a softer material they could be more comfortable.
