Just received the pillow but after a night's sleep I can feel the foam pieces loosening and losing thickness, albeit less than other pillows with memory foam pieces. I have a high profile and I would also add a couple handfuls of foam to keep it from sticking together as quickly. It would be great if you could buy more to test.
