I've been looking for a top hat for my husband's Halloween costume for weeks with no luck. I finally found it at Revain and ordered it. He barely arrived on time. Meanwhile, Walmart is finally stocking some suit cylinders - half the price and better quality than this one. We weren't thrilled, but it meets our needs. We don't expect this to last long. Live and learn!
