Originally bought red in 2016 for my £8. chihuahua He liked it very much. I did a lot of washing. I also noticed that the bottom filling gets flat. But he was already over 2 years old so I decided it was time for another one. I wanted the same because he loves it. The only difference is that I changed the color from red to gray. When I got a new one I put it on the floor for my dog. He wouldn't go in. It seems gray isn't as soft as red. It feels more like plastic. He also has a plastic wand in his hood. not red. I don't know if it's the feel or the texture but he doesn't like it. I don't know if washing will make it softer? So red gets 5 stars and gray doesn't get that good.
