This is a really fun and pretty little girls dress. The 4T size is a solid 4T. I would not say that they run small at all. The seams are smooth, and it is constructed well. The flower was still nice and fluffy and not squished when it came in the mail. I really like how the rainbow colors on the skirt are a little more subtle, adding that element of fun without being overpowering. The different sized silver sequins add a beautiful sparkle to the bodice. This is my favorite blue, so the dress overall has a great look, especially for kids with blue eyes. It really makes them pop. The ribbons to tie the bow in the back were smooth and easy to work with. The zipper slid smoothly up and down in the back. This is a really magical and sweet dress.
