I like that they are always looking to improve their service, which is something you don't see all too often. They are very knowledgeable about SEO and PPC and have been able to help us with those problems. We have had some issues with our account manager, but we are working through them. It's not that they're bad people, just that there isn't a lot of communication between the two sides. They are trying to do what is best for their business, and it's hard to get that sense from them sometimes. We've seen an improvement in our rankings and traffic since we started working with them.
