I have purchased this item multiple times because my four year old has eczema on his elbows, knees, stomach and groin. We have had no luck with other lotions and body creams. This article was a game changer for him! After bathing him, we slathered him with it before pulling him in tow. It definitely added moisture to his skin and reduced itching. We used it during the day when it was needed. Another great use is to wear after you shave your legs in the shower! Now that I've been using this I'll never get razor burn again. We also used it when one of the kids got a bit sunburned due to the summer weather. Highly recommended !
