The only food my cat can eat without vomiting.

My cat is about 15 years old and we have tried various vet recommended foods and other items. This is the only food my cat can currently eat without getting sick afterwards. I will be buying again and would like this size set subscribed and saved. I don't need a 6 or 12 pound back for a cat that eats 1/2 to 1 cup a day.
