We bought a mid range drone at a flea market. Learning to drive wasn't difficult, but it was tough. Very complicated. We gave it to a 13 year old. An 8 year old boy really wanted to play with it but everyone thought he would break it quickly. No one will ever know since we found this on Revain. As far as we can tell, it's indestructible. It's expensive and it flies, making it the perfect drone for an 8-year-old boy. Like everything in life, it takes practice. This toy is fun enough to get his attention and we don't have to worry about him breaking it. The perfect beginner drone. TO UPDATE! They loved it so much we bought another one for dad!
