Paper ok, packaging can't handle single ream
Plastic outer sleeve is ok if sent in a cardboard box, but a ream in a non-rigid envelope contains 500 individual sheets of paper. Cardboard with a broken piece of plastic. Luckily the paper held together well enough in the pad to avoid tears or creases, but without that "dumb luck" it might have ended up being an unusable pack of paper. Don't skimp on shipping because it's "included". ' People!
