Poor build quality + no customer service!
The item arrived cracked at the base and the watch charger has a very loose connection between two pieces of bamboo - it doesn't appear to be glued properly and will bend when pressed lightly. I sent an email query to their support team which they included in the package but after two weeks I didn't get a response. Poor build quality, no customer service. DO NOT BUY!
