It is really beautiful. Much better than sunshine. You don't feel the wires, and the connection point isn't in the way, so you don't feel the hard plastic. The only flaw is that the cable from the remote control to the bed is too short. Won't reach the bedside table. UPDATE in a month. The pillow is comfortable. The heating elements do not reach to the legs. They end at your knees. If it is very cold, this is a small problem. The biggest problem is that the controller has to hang in the top corner of the bed. Not enough cord to go anywhere. A bedside table is very difficult to set up and turn on. You have to fix it. It attaches to the top of the mat, but when you put a sheet on it it pushes the controller down and the cable is enough to go under the corner of the sheet.
