This product is somewhat effective for a short time, but other than that it hasn't convinced me yet, even with additional recommendations. Definitely don't make this your sole product for dry mouth unless you can use it 5-6 times a day. I know that none of the dry mouth products should last more than maybe 4 hours, which is what I'm told, so it's wise to adjust expectations accordingly. I would say that this product and brand is the most effective that I have tried and does not have the horrible ingredients found in almost every other dry mouth product. However, more than 1 type of product must be used as they are short-lived if effective at all.
