I'm replacing a pair of Sony Bluetooth headphones that I really liked but never connected for more than 10 minutes. I only use headphones for listening to audio books and YouTube channels and not for music, it should be noted. The sound of these headphones suits me. I don't need exceptional bass/treble etc for the way I use them. The headphones are comfortable but I find the volume buttons etc cumbersome. When I received it, I immediately noticed that the volume down button didn't work at all. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement pair which I received within a week. Unfortunately, the volume down button didn't work on the second pair either, so this seems to be a big issue with these headphones. The volume up button works fine, but I have to turn the volume down on every device I'm connected to. 5 stars for customer service response time. Since I don't connect these headphones to my phone, I don't know if the phone buttons work. In general they are ok, not big and a bit awkward to access the buttons. But I'm not sure if I would buy it again.
