Totally beautiful but mine is leaking

I really like this water bottle! I like the outer lid, it's sturdy and I like the fact that it has a loop so I can hold it easily. A big plus is also being able to put my latte with matcha there. However, there are 2 big problems: 1. the outer cover breaks when I try to remove it and 2. it leaks. When it's on its side it takes a while before it really drips, but eventually it leaks. Not the biggest problem for me because I keep it in my cup holder or carry it on the go, but I think it will be a big problem for people who put it in their backpack or purse.
