The bracelet came in a nice bag and although it wasn't in the box it wasn't damaged. The bracelet is definitely better than what they show in the picture on the product page but the quality is still ok and nothing special. Beautiful design, something very bold and big. So if you are looking for something tiny and detailed, this is not the best option for you. You can adjust it to fit better, which is a positive. The color is much darker than real gold, more of a deep yellow with warm gold undertones but with black lines and flecks which I personally didn't like.
