Also works well with heavier bottles. I was hesitant to purchase because I had previously tried a large silicone funnel that was designed for the same purpose as a smart funnel. The silicone funnel does not stabilize large bottles. I had to lean the top bottle against something and hope it didn't fall off. I've poured a very thick lotion from one large bottle to another with no problem using the Smart Funnel. The smart funnel cleans perfectly in my dishwasher and has already paid for itself through product savings. One of its best features is that its components rotate around the same axis. If necessary, you can remove the clamps or the funnel; although I can't think of a scenario where I would do that. I am very happy with my purchase and am planning to buy some as gifts. Pros: durable, holds bottles of various sizes and configurations, washes well, holds bottles well, can be used for other purposes (storage of liquids, see examples on packaging), inexpensive (especially if bought in bulk), good color choice.
