Only fires about 60% of the time out of the box. I had to open it up and lubricate some sticky bits. It is 90% active at the moment. The Refurbishment Company also has a hot iron with "REFURB" written on the side. They did such a terrible job that I had to put it down to keep it from getting stuck. The same with the battery. A sticker would be much better, or do it in a place that won't damage the surface of the instrument (a trifle, but still). Overall I'm quite happy with the tool, but as a repairer I'll avoid it again.
