Decent but don't use it for toner
They're so fluffy that when it comes to things like toner, it's the only thing in my skincare routine that I've put in the pad Cotton pads have been used for. So it's kind of crap to me. They're pretty good compared to others available and I'm sure I'll find other uses for them.
