almost like some of the hair trimmed and undone

The handle is too big for my stand, I have to put it on the brushes to fit, but it doesn't to hold against. The brush has created a hole/open area on the side, almost like some hair has been clipped and opened up. See photo. While this doesn't affect how the brushes work, it just ruins the appeal. Otherwise a nice brush, does not harm the animals. The opening is a bit difficult to get to unless you slap your chin to open it before moving on to the cheek.
