I like how easy it was for me, as an inexperienced developer with no clue about code or software development in general (I'm learning) but still wanted something more than just Word documents editing capabilities! Very simple tool which does what you need without fussing around too much - all very well thought out, nothing not needed at this point; if there's anything missing then surely they can be added easily enough through updates? Nothing really apart from maybe adding some support features/libraries would have been nice though these are things we're looking into ourselves now anyway so might look elsewhere later down the line.
Editing word files has never before taken less time nor effort compared to other solutions available online such as Google Docs etc., however since using Total my work load by far reduced significantly allowing myself greater freedom when working away form home base.
