There is no way to update the phone's firmware wirelessly. Only via desktop application and only accessible via strings. The battery life decreases and the number of tracking partner services increases with each new firmware update. The watch's and app's zany user interfaces have previously been discussed at length. This is not an interface; it is a mockery of common sense and good design. A product that openly and sarcastically pokes fun at its wealthy target audience in the same way as "a waiter in a fancy restaurant spitting on a client's plate" might.
