Definitely not worth the money. It's a thin piece of fabric, a rectangle with an attached hood. About the best feature is the clasp. I can't think of a walk where this item would be useful because it's not comfortable enough to wear on bare skin on a warm breeze day and not durable enough to want to use on a cool day. Washed so won't be returning but very disappointed.
