I like that it is very easy to use, so you don't have to be an expert at programming in order to get started with your own cloud-based CRM solution.

It's also relatively inexpensive for what you're getting out of it. The only thing that I dislike about this software is how slow it can sometimes seem when loading new information into it. This isn't really a problem though because once everything loads up, it works great! We've been able to keep all our customer data organized and easily accessible by everyone who needs it.
