NO compensation for this post. ** My 2 year old madman is only allowed to play his educational apps on our old iPad 2 for one hour a day. not only to smear all kinds of children's secretions on it, but also to crack the screen. Everywhere, diagonally. So I needed something that would protect both the iPad and the baby. After reading far more reviews than any sane person would need, I settled on this simple little gem and of course the durable screen protector. It does have a few minor flaws, but overall it's well worth the money and effort to get your precious electronics right. Pros: • Cool red color! • FITS old, clunky iPad 2. • Withstands chewing. Its gaping jaws can easily remove chunks of those sticky rubber baby bumpers, but not this thing! • Easy bend access to charging cable ports. • Withstands drops/throws from 1.20 m. Don't ask me how I know this • The charging port cover was not damaged by liquid from the boy trying to 'feed' it, a strong baby and his mother pulling in opposite directions. The Bad • Open ports are prone to damage from overfeeding. He doesn't understand that it doesn't like apple juice. • Adjustable handle is for stand only on hard surfaces and falls very easily on carpet. As you can see from the photos, I waited several months to determine the durability of this product. It has been embellished, battered, stretched and pulled before determining quality.
