The ease of use, the features which are so easy to navigate and understand, it is very user friendly. I really like that you can use the website as if you were sitting in front of your computer using a desktop application. The only downside to this system is there isn't a way to use the software from an iOS device or mobile phone. We needed an EMR solution that was simple and would allow us to upload all our documents directly into one place. It took us years to find a product that fit our needs and we realized we could not do without it now.
