The puzzle edges don’t snap together correctly
The product photos show perfectly smooth floor with almost invisible puzzle lines between the tiles.In our floor, the small ‘ears’ of the puzzle features end up stuck below the surface of the mat, creating 100’s of small divots. You can work the defects out by repeatedly pressing on the individual areas, but this would take all day. Happy to change our review if the seller replies and tells us how to remedy quickly.
