Doesn't work at all: shaving and hair removal

I don't know why, but those interchangeable heads don't do anything. They are very similar to the original but the facial hair is not cropped. I still had the original head and tested it just to see what the battery or base wasn't working with and the original head did its job well. He cut off all of my peachy facial hair. It's too late for me to return them, but it's a waste of money and literally garbage.
