This bag is good but not great. It's been durable so far, I've had it for about three months and I haven't had any issues with its durability, and it is definitely water resistant/water proof, so that's been great. My complaint is that while it's nice that it opens with a back panel, the top is more narrow than the bottom of the bag, and it's almost impossible to fit a folder, or laptop, or even a tablet in there without removing all the rest of the contents of the bag and then angling the folder (or other item) in and then replacing all your other stuff back into the bag. For me, that makes it less convenient than other bags I have. The capacity just isn't want I'd like it to be. I definitely cannot fit my normal "purse" items plus a lunch box or folder or tablet, etc. If you're thinking of using this as your commuter bag, look for something a little bigger.
