I am 5'4" tall and weigh 193 pounds. I bought a large one. I bought this dress to add to my family in a month Wedding I love the details on the sleeves I The material of the dress is thick and has a little bit of stretch I'm slim and the bodice of the dress is tight I was contemplating going a size 1 but I'm training and given the tie i wear this dress should fit better.i prefer tight or loose.i can still breathe in this dress and zip up.this is a classic dress and i recommend it.
