This is a cheap mount that's cheaply made. I decided to bolt the unit to my desk and the included bolt and wing nut removed the bolt 1/4" and wouldn't go any further. Replaced it with a bolt and nut from a hardware store for less than $1.00. The Gas spring works well and is easy to adjust, but the VESA monitor mounts rotate easily and the monitor's tilt adjustment isn't much better, so much so that you have to fiddle with the mounts a lot to get them aligned the way you want them to to get them to stay i had to position them against each other and if you hit the table they wobbled.There is no way to adjust the tension of the mechanism that allows you to rotate the VESA mounts as they are sort of on chained to the mount's tilt mechanism. I use this mount with two 27" monitors. The supplied USB cable works without any problems, I haven't tried the speaker and microphone cables. All in all, if you want a cheap mount and don't mind fiddling with it, it's a bit manageable, but you get what you pay for.
