I was skeptical about how much this would improve my flat butt. I had lost weight & with that went my bum. I'm 5'4", weight 143lb, & my hips measure 37". I ordered the medium size. When the butt pantie enhancer arrived, it didn't look like it would do the trick, as the padding seemed thin. However,.once I put them on, & then put my jeans on.what a noticeable difference! My pancake bottom, now had a nice round curve to it, & not overly done. I was really surprised how much the padding did improve the look in my jeans. Other reviewers did mention that the thigh area on the panties were snug & bit tight, which I do agree with. But it wasn't enough for me to be bothersome. This was my 1st time trying something like these panties & I am highly pleased with the results & plan on getting another pair. Husband was pretty impressed too!
