Lumpy Edges on Catering Equipment and Supplies
The edges of these boards are textured rather than completely smooth. So if you use the edge of the cake board as a guide when icing the cake, you will get vertical lines on it. And not strong enough for my taste. The lines create a cool texture, but 99% of my cakes need to be smooth, so now I don't know what to do with the other 49 cake sheets๐ญ
