I only received this today but I enjoy using it. I got one from a well known fabric store that I love and from what I've seen I'm impressed with the price and durability of this product. I have read other reviews that it is difficult to open and yes it is. I am attaching a video showing you two easy ways to open the box. Both options include a small straight piece of plastic under the latch. Option 1: Push the straight little piece of plastic up with your thumb and use your index finger to push the latch back. Option 2: While firmly pressing the case cover, push up on a straight small piece of plastic. The latch should open by itself. I'm curious to see how the plastic cover holds up over time if you continue to use option 2 to open the case. If I encounter any problems I will update my review. Hope that helps!
