I like that it has so many options for us as marketers! We can use this software in multiple ways depending upon our needs at any given time (i.e., we are able to send emails from different lists of contacts).

This makes my job easier because if one list doesn't work well with another program - then i don’t have too worry about having 2 programs running simultaneously which could cause confusion or errors when trying to communicate via both platforms/methods together- instead you just switch over easily without much hassle once your ready.- The customer service team was also very helpful during setup process; they were patient while explaining all aspects involved including how best to set up each feature before sending them off into their own separate features where needed most by other clients within our organization who utilize these services daily. A little bit pricey but worth.
