As a loyal Euchirus client, I must say that I am very disappointed in the quality of their outdoor living and landscaping offerings. Most of the products I bought from them were of poor quality and didn't last very long, despite the fact that they advertised themselves as selling premium goods. After only a few months of use, the outdoor furniture set I bought from Euchirus was already showing symptoms of wear and tear. Even though it claimed to be an efficient method of attracting feathered companions to my backyard, the bird feeder I purchased attracted zero birds. Don't even get me started on the pond I dug, which became a mosquito spawning ground rather than a tranquil haven. Euchirus's customer support was not only uninformative, but also uninterested in helping me with my issues. A rude and unresponsive representative who seemed more eager to end the call than to assist me was what I got when I phoned to ask about a warranty for my furniture set. Those seeking the ideal outdoor haven are not going to find it in Euchirus. Their products are of poor quality, and the assistance I received from them was even worse. Do not waste your money on these outdoor stores.
