Not just for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Most people who get this are looking for something to help them during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. For these purposes it is perfect. However, I bought it for other reasons. First, my back hurts and I can't get comfortable all the time. I have a fairly complex set of pillows that I move around depending on how my back is feeling on any given day. Adding these to the mix has already helped a lot. Second, my husband recently passed away. Having a pillow surrounding me helps me feel more comfortable and secure when trying to sleep.
