Works great with my hands free pump
I use a Pumpables Genie Advance pump with Spectra Cara cups at work and it fits everything I need (pump, cups, spray dispenser, adapters, napkins etc). I can even put on my very thin sipping/exhausting cap. I want ice packs to be flexible. I ended up buying a couple of ice packs separately so I could use two large milk bottles instead of three small ones and that suits me.
