Product as shown. This is a beautiful professional computer bag. I bought this to take with me on business trips as I got tired of lugging my roller bag through the airport. I would like to transfer earlier. I wish there were more sections/compartments in the front pocket but it still works well. I don't care much about the look of the straps either - they remind me of a children's book bag, but that doesn't bother me. The bag itself looks good.
