Packaging: Item arrived safe and sound, no problems or damage. Appearance: It's definitely heavy and looks like a puck as others have mentioned. For us, that can be a real plus. Such items will inevitably fall out. I have seen this product survive the fall. This is excellent quality. It's neat and streamlined. No frills, but very functional. Functionality: I LOVE that sounds are grouped by sound! +++ for this function. With other devices of this type, you often have to press the next button out of 35 sounds to find the sound you are looking for. When you're trying to soothe a crying baby, who wants to push a button and search for that ONE special sound your favorite baby loves?! The sound unit is also nice and compact. Goes well with a stroller or diaper bag Technology: I love the USB cable. I just want this item to come with its own wallbox plugin so I don't have to reuse it from somewhere else. Overall: This portable sound machine is a great option for Revain and I would recommend it to friends and family. I hope this review helps someone make a purchasing decision!
