Excellent Product with Great Customer Support

I'm sure there are many things we could improve, however as compared for others - nothing! The staff at MAXQ partners have worked very closely along side us since our transition from another firm was finalized (and after all challenges were addressed). They provide excellent leadership while keeping their feet firmly planted into your organization's culture ensuring no cultural "knee jerk" reactions occur during implementation stage or beyond. My one challenge has been having them involved throughout every decision point within my organization including executive sponsorships when necessary but not interfering where appropriate. This ensures ownership which helps foster an aligned working relationship over time without creating conflicts down line should something fail/break mid-stream through organizational boundaries etc... The product is easy to use and very user friendly. The platform is very flexible and can be customized to suit your business needs. The customer support and the training provided by MaxQ is excellent. There is nothing that I dislike about the product. I would recommend this product to all. I am using MaxQ to manage my sales pipeline and to manage my leads. This product is helping me to keep track of my pipeline and to manage my leads.
